Steven Enderby
Chairman
Steven has spent the majority of his career in the private equity industry with Actis, a global emerging markets fund until his retirement as an Actis Partner. He has led multiple successful private equity transactions in Sri Lanka and India over his 25 years living and working in South Asia.
Post his career in private equity, Mr. Enderby was appointed Group CEO and Director of Hemas Holdings PLC. At Hemas he led the transformation of the Group from a highly diversified conglomerate to Sri Lanka’s largest Consumer and Healthcare business. He currently manages a series of personal investments in Sri Lanka and serves on the boards of a number of Sri Lanka’s leading businesses.
He is a trustee of Ayati Trust, which has established and operates Sri Lanka’s first centre for children with disabilities.
Steven is an avid mountain biker and explorer of Sri Lanka and an equally enthusiastic grandfather.
He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, holds a Degree in Economics and Accounting from Queen’s University Belfast and a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from the University of Melbourne.
Darshana Perera
CEO
Darshana brings over 22 years of diverse experience in Finance, Operations, Strategy, and General Management across a broad spectrum of industries, including Travel & Aviation, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, IT-enabled Services, Apparel, Retail Management, Modern Trade, and Restaurant Management.
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), and an Associate of both the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Institute of Professional Managers. Additionally, he holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance from the University of Colombo.
Darshana possesses extensive expertise in business process optimization, corporate restructuring, process reengineering, and business valuations. He began his career at Ernst & Young and has held key senior roles at prestigious organizations such as John Keells Holdings PLC, Dialog Axiata PLC, Hemas Holdings PLC and the Brandix Group. He serves on the boards of several listed and unlisted companies including as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Member of Sri Lanka’s largest dairy manufacturing company.
Chamara Kottehewa
COO
Chamara is a fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, Associate Member of CPA Australia and an affiliated member of Emirates Association for Accountants & Auditors in the UAE who is having over two decades of experience in Auditing, Accounting and Business Administration in multiple geographical regions of UAE, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, Thailand and Vietnam. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pure & Applied Mathematics from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Chamara brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic thinking to his professional endeavors has demonstrated his commitment to excellence in the field of accounting and financial management. His professional journey has been marked by his ability to streamline business operations, drive growth, and improve bottom-line profitability. Through his keen understanding of financial controls and processes, he has successfully implemented strategies that enhance efficiency and productivity profile reflects a professional who brings a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership acumen to the table.
Starting his professional career at Ernst & Young, Sri Lanka he has being a C-suite executive in multinational hotel groups over a decade. He has served as a Partner of JPA Auding & Accounting LLC Dubai & Abu Dhabi, JPA Management Consultancies LLC, JPA Chartered Accounts of Sri Lanka and JPA Maldives LLP.
Kanishka Perera
CTO - Digitalization & Innovation
Kanishka brings over 22 years of comprehensive experience in IT, specializing in enterprise solutions, data warehousing, business intelligence (BI), and digital transformation. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded strategic initiatives across RPA, advanced analytics, and enterprise automation, empowering organizations to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making capabilities.
He holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK), is a certified professional of the Australian Computer Society, and has also completed his Project Management certification from the MI Institute (USA).
Kanishka has led numerous enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, including the full lifecycle management of data warehouse and analytics projects—from strategic planning and requirement analysis to design, execution, and deployment. His leadership ensures that digital strategies are tightly aligned with business objectives while fostering innovation and long-term sustainability. He currently leads the digital roadmap and RPA practice, transforming both internal operations and customer ecosystems.
Our Senior Management
Eranga Mahesh
Eranga is an experienced Audit Manager with over a decade of professional experience in both external and internal audit functions, spanning diverse industries in Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates. He began his career at Ernst & Young and throughout his career, Eranga has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, having successfully managed and mentored large, cross-functional teams. He is recognized for his strategic approach to process improvement, particularly in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of accounting and bookkeeping systems.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, as well as a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka. Eranga is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Accounting at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
Sadika Waththuhewa
Sadika is a seasoned data and analytics leader with 20+ years in BI, data architecture, and enterprise analytics. He combines deep technical expertise with strategic insight to design advanced data platforms that deliver visibility and actionable insights. A certified SnowPro Advanced Architect and SnowPro Core, with PMP and Cloudera Admin Training, he holds BSc degrees from SLIIT and Curtin University, Australia. He has led major data modernization projects, including: Migrating a top mobile operator’s on-premise warehouse (Oracle Exadata & Hadoop) to a 160TB Snowflake on AWS, integrating 50+ sources (SAP, CRM, OCS, network probes). Moving a satellite TV provider’s customer monetization platform from Azure MS SQL to Snowflake. Leading a 20TB Greenplum-to-Snowflake migration for a major telecom. His work enables clients to achieve scalable, high-performance data ecosystems and enterprise-grade BI.
Muditha Mendis
Muditha has over 10 years of experience in IT delivery and operations management where he specializes in managing enterprise technology solutions and overseeing support operations for BPO operations, ensuring SLA compliance and seamless service delivery across diverse technology environments. He holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and has undergone PMP training, in addition to completing a Diploma in Business Analysis, Power PM course, and a BSc in IT from the University of Colombo. Muditha has successfully led the implementation of over 5 enterprise-scale IT projects, demonstrating strong capabilities in stakeholder management, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination. His expertise includes developing project plans, conducting progress reviews, managing budgets, and driving timely execution. He is known for aligning IT services with business needs and for his structured approach to resolving challenges through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
Terrence Perera
Terrence brings over 15 years of comprehensive experience in financial accounting, management accounting, audit & assurance, and taxation. He began his career as a Junior Student Accountant at SJMS Associates, Chartered Accountants, and went on to hold key positions at the Debug Group, Acorn Group and Auxiliume Private Limited. Terrence is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA – UK) and also holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Finance from ACCA-UK. In addition, he is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka and the Chartered Institute of Professional Managers. With a strong foundation in audit and accounting, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for continuous improvement, Terrence is well-positioned to drive excellence.
Nuwan Fernando
Nuwan is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. With over two decades of experience in taxation, he specializes in tax research and advisory services. He is a member of the Faculty of Taxation at the CASL and brings deep expertise across a wide range of areas, including direct and indirect tax compliance, tax planning, advisory services, transfer pricing, trade and customs taxation, and managing tax appeals. Nuwan also provides strategic advice on international tax issues, business structuring, exchange control regulations, and the practical application of tax laws to help clients achieve optimal tax outcomes. He frequently conducts transfer pricing analyses for clients involved in cross-border transactions with related parties.
